What’s up everybody!
I’m back again and boy am I tired, it was a long day at work.
Sorry I didn’t get a post up yesterday, I was going to, but I won’t lie, I played MW3 all evening instead.

Anyway,  I’m back and I’m bring a challenge with me!
Coach Chaz and I did the 300 spartan Challenge together and after seeing and hearing how well it went and how much everyone enjoyed it, we deiced to put on another challenge to keep things going and keep people up with improving their fitness.

The challenge we are bringing you this time will start on Monday the 14th and run till the sunday the 27th, its a 14 day challenge for those who are trying to count down the day. So if you wanna join leave a comment and let me know, also, be sure to add me on Facebook so I can add you to our accountability group, trust me, it helps a lot.

Now then, the good stuff.
This time we are doing a Crossfit/Spartan WOD Challenge.
If you guys aren’t don’t know what Crossfit is then welll…. I suggest you check them out, haha.
As far as the Spartan aspect, on the Spartan Blog for the Spartan Race they will post WOD for you to do, just like Crossfit does.
We will be posting the WOD for from each, leaving it up to you which to do.
If you wanna get better, do the one that will be harder for YOU to do, or be crazy like Chaz and I and do both, haha.

Everyday you will want to post in the accountability group letting us know how you are feeling and time and all that good stuff.
I’m not going to set anything in stone, but if anyone want’s to join, there just might be a prize involved too. =D

Anyway, I would recommend you check out both of the links I gave even if you don’t want to join, they have some really awesome stuff and it’s very informational to read if your interested in health and fitness.

Let me ask you something.

Plus, not only will you have chances to win CASH prizes with the Beachbody Challenge (Up to $100,000) and WOWY ($500 a day, just for working out), at the end of my 30-day shallenge I will be awarding prizes!

Like I said, now is the BEST time to get healthy and fit, so stop putting it off and change your life.

My Bad guys, my bad.
I totally dropped off the face of the planet, but I’m Back now!
Just so you know what was going on I was in my last month off school so I had been pretty busy with getting everything finished up and then to top it off my computer crashed, so I just said the computer would have to wait till I was out of school and focused on finishing up.
So I’m all out of school now (Yay!) and I was able to get my computer repaired and here I am!

Anyway, during the time I was away I still worked out everyday and loved every minute of it.
I finished up round two of Asylum and right now I’m taking a rest week before starting Asylum/P90X hybrid!
With all this I’m totally pumped for P90X2 Coming out! Just over a month to go! Who else is excited for this!
I hope you all pre-ordered, otherwise you are gonna have to wait. (If you want to set a pre-order, let me know and I can fill you in on all the details.)

Alright, so I have a challenge for you all.
Starting tomorrow (Oct 28th) I’m starting a 11 day spartan Challenge, and I want you to join.
We have a facebook group where we will all be posting and keeping each other accountable and motivated during the 11 days.
